Rootz Braiding Studio, is a clean, safe children friendly environment so you can have your kids sit with you while you get your hair braided but please note that we are not responsible for child care and we also hold you responsible for your Child's behavior in and around the salon.

PAYMENT
To make an appointment a 25% deposit is required for all services or appointment. We are a very secure website, so we want to assure you that your payment details are very secure and safe.
CANCELLATION
Please note that prior to cancellation a 1 week notice is required. For every early cancellation a processing fee on refund is charged and for late cancellation and no show your 25% deposit will be forfeited.

My name is Seun(Shaewoon) or Ruth (make your pick).

I am a passionate, well driven, and a dedicated hair stylist who is not just good at what she does but also deeply passionate about what she does. I love to put smiles on my clients faces and keep them coming back. Feel free to call me “a woman with the golden hands”.

My business was born out of passion right from my childhood days where I practiced on the kids in and around my neighborhood. Even though it was not a perfect job, I knew back then what career part I was heading for in life. After I moved to Houston in 2007, I started my career on a smaller scale with a high energy and burning desire to succeed. In 2013, I relocated to Austin and officially established my business in a much larger scale in December 2013, and since then the business has grown to be one of the most prominent hair braiding spots in Austin Texas.

Over the years, I have always been committed to making my amazing and devoted customers look stunning and feel their best while rocking their hair, as my slogan has always been... "We make the hair; you rock the style". I guarantee quality service plus professionalism to all my clients and customers.
